Preventing allegations after the safety breach that left Prime Minister Narendra Modi caught on a freeway for 20 minutes, Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi at the moment accused the ruling BJP of attempting to impose President’s Rule within the state forward of elections.
