A farmer from Madhya Pradesh’s Bhind district went to a police station taking alongside his buffalo, complaining that the animal was refusing to be milked and he suspected it to be underneath the affect of witchcraft, an official stated on Sunday.

“The villager, recognized as Babulal Jatav (45), submitted a criticism at Nayagaon police station on Saturday, saying his buffalo was not permitting to be milked for the reason that previous some days,” Deputy Superintendent of Police Arvind Shah informed PTI.
Based on the complainant, some villagers informed him that the animal was underneath the affect of witchcraft, he stated.
About 4 hours after giving the applying, the farmer once more reached the police station along with his buffalo and sought assist from the police once more, he stated.
“I had informed the police station in-charge to help the villager with some veterinary recommendation. The villager once more reached the police station right now to thank the police, saying the buffalo allowed to be milked on Sunday morning,” Mr Shah stated.
